I don’t even know where to start, at the beginning of this month I was in a situation where I needed to find an apartment within a VERY limited time frame. I was looking around and calling every where I possibly could. When I reached out there was no availability for a few months. I was super stressed out. To put it into context I had about a week to find a new apartment. This was my main focus that I even took a day off of work so I can get this situated. As I was in my search for a new apartment I found one that interested me. I reached out and had a conversation with Carlos, went over my situation with him. Let me tell you that after my phone call with him I had the feeling that I had found my new apartment. I called Carlos on Monday and by Saturday I was able to move in. Even though I gave Carlos such a short time frame he was able to make it happen. The process was pretty quick overall and any docs that he needed I would send him right away and he would give me a confirmation that he had received it. I remember somedays we would even reach out at night. That just shows his commitment and work ethic. If anybody is going through a similar situation I would definitely reach out to Carlos and have a conversation with him, he is very professional, personable and hard working.
