Meet Ileana

My name is Ileana Hernandez and I was born and raised in Jersey City, NJ. I have overall 15 years of experience in customer service and sales. I am very passionate about serving my clients needs and making sure they have an understanding and knowledge before they make an important decision. I purchased my first home in 2008 and had an overall great experience. Buying my home was the best decision I have made in my life. My goal as a real estate agent is to help people find their dream home and also sell their home as they move on to another chapter in their lives. I am a very patient, attentive listener with great analytical and negotiation skills and always strive for the best and look for opportunities whenever an obstacle arises.
