Carlos Uchuya represented us in the sale of our home in Garfield, NJ. Carlos is honest, dependable and extremely hardworking. Beyond that he has impressive skills selling homes and finding responsible buyers. Our home was sold due to the professionalism and assistance Carlos offered us throughout the process! I don’t even know where to start, at the beginning of this month I was in a situation where I needed to find an apartment within a VERY limited time frame. I was looking around and calling every where I possibly could. When I reached out there was no availability for a few months. I was super stressed out. To put it into context I had about a week to find a new apartment. This was my main focus that I even took a day off of work so I can get this situated. As I was in my search for a new apartment I found one that interested me. I reached out and had a conversation with Carlos, went over my situation with him. Let me tell you that after my phone call with him I had the feeling that I had found my new apartment. I called Carlos on Monday and by Saturday I was able to move in. Even though I gave Carlos such a short time frame he was able to make it happen. The process was pretty quick overall and any docs that he needed I would send him right away and he would give me a confirmation that he had received it. I remember somedays we would even reach out at night. That just shows his commitment and work ethic. If anybody is going through a similar situation I would definitely reach out to Carlos and have a conversation with him, he is very professional, personable and hard working.
