I imagine that transactions as big as selling a home can bring about a lot of fear and uncertainties. As a first time home seller, I felt as though my fear and anxiety were heightened during this process. Questions like: "Is the house going to sell? Will it sell at a good price? Will it appraise? Will it be on the market for months on end?" plagued my mind.

As a first time seller, I honestly had no clue about the home selling process, so to have had a knowledgeable, trustworthy realtor like Yessica made everything so smooth. From day one, Yessica was extremely professional. She came to my home to do her home marketing presentation and introduced the strategy she would used to sell my home. We decided on the asking price and just 2 days later my house was on the market. Almost instantly we had about a dozen viewings.

I was worried that the house was not going to sell but Yessica was so confident that it would and it did! The first offer we had fell thru right as we were getting out of attorney review. My husband and I were so upset but Yessica told us she had a plan. She had great back-up offers lined up and we chose one the very next day.

I knew we weren't Yessica’s only clients, but she made me feel like we were due to the personal attention she gave me and my husband. I was very indecisive about so many different things, yet she was patient and never pressured me into anything, always advising me to take deep breaths and think things through.

Yessica is extremely knowledgeable- she knew exactly how/where to market the home and was an expert negotiator. She always kept us very well informed and was very accessible. I never felt like I was “bothering” her. Overall great experience and will definitely be using her again."
